From Registration to Getting the Result

Examination slots are published online 30 days prior to the testing session. Candidates can review available dates via our official booking portal.

Select your preferred slot and complete the online registration fee payment. Note that only online payment transactions are processed.

Once payment is verified, your exam slot and timing are officially locked into our schedule.

Our team emails you the registration confirmation along with necessary clearance forms (Vector Aero Standard Operating Procedures, Application Form, Health Declaration, and CAAM 48).

Fill out all required documents and submit them back to the Vector Aero Operations Desk via email prior to your examination day.

Assessment rooms, hardware, and furniture are fully sanitized prior to testing. All assigned assessors sign off on fitness-for-duty compliance.

Candidates sit for their evaluation according to standard safety protocols and health guidelines.

Facilities undergo complete sanitization. Regular result processing takes 7 working days. Express processing (within 1 hour) is available upon request for an additional fee.

Official test certificates are dispatched by post. Self-collection at the center is strictly not permitted.
